About This Project

Amaze Residence is a 7-unit residential apartment building spanning 4 floors in Boralesgamuwa. This thoughtfully designed building showcases HERITANCE DESIGNERS' expertise in creating multi-family residential spaces that balance privacy, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Each unit follows a consistent layout featuring a sitting and dining space, two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and a pantry area. Every apartment extends out to a private balcony, providing residents with their own outdoor space. The design ensures that each unit receives optimal natural light and ventilation.

Ground-floor parking is seamlessly integrated into the building's footprint, with the structure set back from the road to define a private frontage. This thoughtful positioning creates a sense of separation from the street while maximizing the use of the available land.
