ZI NO.81 Resort is an 8-bedroom resort designed as a blend of modern and colonial architectural styles set within a deeply natural landscape in Seethawaka. This stunning property showcases HERITANCE DESIGNERS' expertise in creating hospitality spaces that harmonize contrasting design philosophies while remaining deeply connected to nature.

Each room opens toward the surrounding greenery, with a private jacuzzi offered throughout, providing guests with their own intimate connection to the lush natural setting. The thoughtful positioning ensures that every space maximizes views of the verdant landscape while maintaining privacy and tranquility.

A mini waterfall flows along the rear of the property, anchoring the design in its natural setting and creating a soothing soundscape throughout the resort. This natural feature serves as both a focal point and a reminder of the property's deep integration with the surrounding environment, blending modern and colonial architectural elements with the raw beauty of nature.
